1. Services
Trip Me More provides travel-related services including tourist and student visa assistance, holiday packages, Umrah/Hajj arrangements and flight ticketing. We act as an intermediary and facilitator; final approval of any visa rests solely with the relevant embassy or immigration authority.
2. Visa Disclaimer
While we maintain a high success rate, no agency can guarantee visa approval. Our fees cover professional assistance and document handling, and are separate from government and embassy fees, which are non-refundable once submitted.
3. Bookings & Payments
All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the agreed payment. Prices are quoted in the selected currency and may change due to airline, hotel or exchange-rate fluctuations until fully confirmed and ticketed.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms vary by service, airline and supplier policy. Non-refundable components (such as issued tickets, embassy fees and confirmed hotel nights) will be deducted from any refund. Service charges are non-refundable.
5. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring their passport validity and the accuracy of all submitted information. Trip Me More is not liable for delays or refusals resulting from incorrect or incomplete documents provided by the client.
6. Liability
Trip Me More is not responsible for events beyond our control, including airline schedule changes, weather, strikes, or embassy processing delays. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all trips.
7. Privacy
Personal information collected is used solely to process your enquiry and bookings, and is never sold to third parties. By using our services you consent to this use of your data.
